Rates
Therapy sessions are offered at a rate of $150 per 50-minute appointment. This flat fee reflects the time, expertise, and personalized care provided in each session. Although we do not accept insurance directly, Harbor Light Therapy operates as an out-of-network provider with many insurance plans, which means you may be eligible for partial reimbursement through your benefits. To make this process easier, we've partnered with Mentaya—a platform that helps clients access their out-of-network coverage and reduce the cost of therapy. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Cancellation Policy
To respect both your time and ours, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee. However, in the case of emergencies, you will not be charged if the appointment is rescheduled within 5 business days. We appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain a balanced and respectful schedule for all clients.

Good Faith Estimate
In accordance with the law, clients who are uninsured or choose not to use insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected costs of therapy services. This estimate provides transparency around fees and helps you make informed decisions about your care. You are entitled to request a Good Faith Estimate at any time, and one will be provided prior to your first session upon request. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than the estimated amount, you have the right to dispute the charge. For more information, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
